About this role

Keulogis is placing licensed Speech-Language Pathologists on per diem, as-needed assignments with home health programs across North County San Diego, Newport Beach, and Palo Alto, CA. Services are delivered in patients' homes and natural settings — no facility-based caseload. Caseload is up to 20 active cases within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

📋Evaluate clients and develop individualized, evidence-based SLP treatment plans in the home and community setting.
🏡Deliver direct SLP services across an active caseload of up to 20 clients, scheduled as-needed.
🚗Travel between patients' homes within your assigned territory — mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate.
🤝Participate in care coordination and interdisciplinary team communication as needed.

License & certification

✔️Required: Active California SLP license, ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), BLS Healthcare Provider Certificate, valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation.
🌎Out-of-state license accepted — CA license reimbursed; endorsement required before start.
