About this role

Deliver early intervention and pediatric OT services to children ages 2–10 in home and community-based settings across San Diego County. The $85/hr rate is set at the top of the regional market, with a Block Schedule built to maximize autonomy and minimize commute.

Candidates must reside within — or be fully willing to relocate to — Southern California.

Responsibilities

🧒Provide pediatric OT services for children ages 2–10 with developmental delays, ASD, and sensory processing disorders.
📋Evaluate functional status — fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, and ADLs — and build individualized treatment plans.
🏡Deliver direct in-home and community-based OT therapy during in-person field blocks.
💻Conduct telehealth sessions, documentation, and care planning during remote home-office blocks.
🤝Supervise COTAs in the field and collaborate with families, SLPs, and BCBAs on skill generalization.

License & certification

✔️Required: Active California OT license (OTR / OTR-L), NBCOT certification, BLS Healthcare Provider Certificate, valid CA driver's license.
🌎Out-of-state license accepted — California licensure by endorsement fully reimbursed.
