Why Keulogis exists
The work of clinical staffing looks administrative from the outside. On the inside — inside a regional center caseload, a First 5 early childhood program, or a school-based therapy room — it's something else entirely. Children in early developmental years have a window that closes. Neuroplasticity peaks in the toddler years, and the gains available at two become progressively harder to reach by five. California's clinician shortage means too many children age out of that window waiting for a therapist who never arrived. The toll on families is real and largely unmeasured.
Our team comes from clinical practice and healthcare operations. We've been on the floor when a placement was wrong, and we've seen what's possible when it's right. We built Keulogis — and the screening process behind it — because we knew a better model existed, and it wasn't being built by people without clinical backgrounds.
We are a logistics company in name. In practice, we are a clinical team working to get the right professionals to the programs and families that need them most — before the window closes.
