FAQ

Questions, answered.

What facilities and clinicians ask us most. Can't find what you need? Email us at admin@keulogis.com.

Turnaround depends on the role, location, and how specific the requirements are. For common disciplines in high-density markets like San Diego or Los Angeles, we can typically present candidates within 1–2 weeks of receiving your request. Specialized roles or less common regions may take longer. We'll give you an honest timeline upfront.

Every candidate goes through license verification at the source (California board), a scope review against your specific program's demands, and a clinical conversation — not just a credential check. We only present candidates we'd put in front of our own programs.

Yes — the majority of our organizational clients are Self-Determination Program (SDP) providers, and they are always hiring. We understand DDS-funded services, vendorization requirements, and the documentation demands that come with these programs. Clinicians placed in these settings are screened specifically for that context.

Currently: Occupational Therapists (OT/OTR), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP/CF). We also staff Physical Therapists and Psychiatric RNs on a case-by-case basis.

Yes — both. Whether you need a contractor to cover a leave or a permanent hire, we work with your timeline and structure.

Fees vary by placement type and role. Contact us at admin@keulogis.com and we'll walk you through our structure with no obligation.

Not necessarily. If you're licensed in another state, we'll support you through the reciprocation process for your discipline. Most of our organizational clients will reimburse all licensing fees, so out-of-state licensure rarely needs to be a barrier. Also worth knowing: we place clinicians in the client's natural setting — on-site for organizations, and for many child developmental positions, the child's home is the service location, so expect a community-based caseload.

Regional center and SDP programs, school districts, outpatient clinics, First 5 and early intervention programs, behavioral health and residential facilities, and home-based settings. For child developmental roles, service is typically delivered in the child's natural home environment.

You submit your profile, we have a real conversation about what you're looking for, and we match you to roles that fit your scope, location, and goals. We don't send you a list of jobs to apply to — we reach out when we have a genuine match.

No. Our fees are paid by the facility. Clinician placement is always free.

Submit your profile anyway. We keep clinician profiles on file and reach out when a matching role opens. Many of our placements happen before a role is publicly listed.

We don't manage these directly, but we actively point clinicians to California's HCAI loan repayment programs and can advise on which placements qualify. For licensing fees specifically, most of our SDP and organizational clients cover reimbursement directly — we'll flag this when it applies to your placement.
