About this role

Keulogis is placing licensed Occupational Therapists on contract assignments with home health programs in San Diego, Palo Alto, and the Newport Beach area. Services are delivered in patients' homes and natural settings — no facility-based caseload. Caseload is up to 20 active cases within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

📋Evaluate clients and develop individualized, evidence-based OT treatment plans in the home and community setting.
🏡Deliver direct OT services across an active caseload of up to 20 clients.
🚗Travel between patients' homes within your assigned territory — mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate.
🤝Participate in care coordination and interdisciplinary team communication as needed.

License & certification

✔️Required: Active California OT license (OTR / OTR-L), NBCOT certification, BLS Healthcare Provider Certificate, valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation.
🌎Out-of-state license accepted — CA license reimbursed; endorsement required before start.
