New grad or relocating? We built this for you.

Most recruiters pass on new graduates or out-of-state applicants. We actively recruit them. If you just finished your degree or are planning a move to San Diego, here is what we offer:

New Graduates Welcome

OTR, SLP, COTA, and SLPA new grads are eligible. Entry-level Tier 1 pay is competitive with experienced mid-market rates. You will not start at the bottom here.

Clinical Fellowship (CF) Positions

SLP Clinical Fellowships available with structured CFY supervision built into the role. Your supervising CCC-SLP is a working partner — not a check-the-box signature.

California License Reimbursed

Licensed in another state? We reimburse California licensure by endorsement in full for OTR and SLP applicants. You pay nothing out of pocket to make the move.

🚚

Relocation Assistance

Up to $2,500 in relocation assistance for OTR and SLP candidates hired from outside San Diego County. We want to make the move as frictionless as possible.

Structured Supervision & Mentorship

Every new clinician is paired with a supervising OTR or CCC-SLP. Co-treatments, regular check-ins, and field mentorship are built into the schedule — not an afterthought.
